Celebrate Jewish American Heritage with Traditional Music Concert by Barynya Duo at the Lacey Library

FORKED RIVER – In honor of Jewish American Heritage Month, the Barynya Duo will perform a concert at the Lacey Branch of the Ocean County Library at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 7.

Enjoy music, songs, and dances from Eastern Europe performed on domra, garmoshka, and balalaika. The duo consists of the internationally-renowned balalaika player Elina Karokhina and vocalist, garmoshka and guitar player Mikhail Smirnov.

This program is suited for all ages.
